Ebi's the only one getting out. Your data stays put.
Effective October 16, 2026
Skip Lunch has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your progress stays on your device and in your own iCloud. We never see it.
This policy covers the Skip Lunch app for iPhone, made by Lanely Labs LLC ("we"). It explains what the app stores, where it goes and what we can see, which is nothing.
What the app stores
Skip Lunch saves your game on your device: the boxes you've cleared, your stars and stamps, your hints, any box you're partway through, and your settings. You don't sign up for anything and the app never asks who you are.
iCloud sync
So your progress follows you to your other devices and survives a reinstall, the app keeps a copy of your stars, stamps and hints in your own iCloud account, using Apple's iCloud storage. It is stored under your Apple Account. We can't read it, and it isn't sent to us or to anyone else. Boxes you're partway through stay on the device only.
What we collect
Nothing. The app sends no information to us and makes no network requests of its own. It has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party code that gathers data. It plays fully offline.
Purchases
Unlimited Hints, the game's one optional purchase, is bought through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment and we never see your name, your card or your Apple Account. Apple shares sales totals with us that don't identify you. Apple's own privacy policy covers what it does with purchase information.
Notifications
None. Skip Lunch never sends notifications or reminders.
Children
Skip Lunch is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
Your choices
Start over in the app's Settings clears your progress on every device signed in to your iCloud. Deleting the app removes it from your device, and you can remove what apps keep in iCloud from your device's own settings.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If the app ever starts collecting anything, we will say so here before it does.
